Employee Self Service

ESS is an online timesheet for employees; Employee Self Service empowers employees while reducing workload for HR.

Employees punch in and out, view their time cards, request time off, and monitor benefit (paid time off) balances online with Employee Self Service or Attendance Enterprise Kiosk. Kiosks are typically located in common areas, such as lunch rooms with security provided by an employee’s individual PIN number that allows that employee to punch in and out, as well as access to their own benefit balances. Employee Self Service can be used wherever employees have access to the internet—at home, at branch offices, on the road—with user rights determined by the employer.
