Benefit Accruals automatically add vacation, sick time, and other types of leave time to an employee’s account. This module eliminates difficult recordkeeping and error-prone manual calculations.

Use the Labor Budgets module to help schedule efficiently and analyze your labor costs. Budgets set targets for worked time or paid time off for a group of employees. Attendance on Demand compares your labor budget to employee schedules, as well as to the actual hours employees work.

Key comparisons show you how well your budget is performing, and can help identify labor planning problems and employee time management issues.

Leave Management

Leave Management automates paid time off, eliminating the paper trail and communicating essential information to both the manager and the employee.

Employees request time off through Employee Self Service.


Supervisors review the request while seeing other factors that could affect the request, like the amount of time off allocated to the employee or other employees taking the same day off.


The employee can see the approved request in Employee Self Service and is automatically scheduled for the time off.


Incidents & Points

The Incidents and Points function enables you to measure and improve employee behavior at the workplace. This system is accurate and effective because the rules are automatically applied to each employee. When employees do something negative, like arrive late to work, points are accrued. There is no room for bias.

If the employee’s points reach a certain amount, a notification letter is generated automatically so the supervisor can take appropriate action. If the employee goes for a length of time without incurring any points, points can be deducted. You determine the events that are negative and positive for your organization.
