Job Description:C.T.E. SYSTEMS, INC. is California’s longest established time and attendance systems dealer since 1958 with solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses, as well as web-based enterprise solutions for large organizations. The company serves thousands of clients throughout California that are regional or national in scope.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact and develop new client relationships, identify decision makers and perform client needs analysis.
- Selling time and attendance products and services to business owners and senior management.
- Assist in the definition of a prospect’s business requirements to C.T.E. Systems product functionality
- Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Attaining and improving technical, competitive and communication skills.
- Proactively cold-call into target market and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline.
- Meeting or exceeding corporate-assigned sales goals and quotas.
- Documenting and submitting weekly activity reports to management on a timely basis.
- Projecting a positive image when representing company to prospective clients and community.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- 2-4 years outside business-to-business sales experience in technical sales, software or services industry. Documented history of success in previous sales roles.
- Solid understanding of web-based technologies and concepts
- Strong communication, networking and relationship building skills to achieve quota required.
- Display maturity, competiveness, good business and work ethics.
- Ability to work independently to prospect and develop new business for company.
